Delm8 is a relatively new UK-based travel planning platform that uses AI to generate trip itineraries and travel recommendations. While the concept is legitimate, the brand lacks meaningful consumer reviews, established regulatory protections, and a transparent company history. UK travellers should treat it as a planning tool only and not book or pay for anything through it without independent verification.
Delm8 (delm8.com) is a UK-based travel technology start-up offering AI-generated itineraries and trip planning tools for consumers. The platform appears aimed at travellers who want personalised holiday planning assistance without contacting a traditional travel agent. Founded around 2022, it is a very early-stage business with minimal public-facing corporate information. There is no clearly published Companies House registration number or named director information on the site, which is a basic transparency concern.
Crucially, Delm8 does not appear to hold ATOL or ABTA protection, meaning UK consumers are not covered by the financial safeguards that apply when booking through a licensed travel agent or tour operator. If the platform were to cease trading, any payments made would be unprotected. At the time of review, there are no meaningful independent customer reviews on platforms such as Trustpilot or Google Reviews, making it impossible to assess real-world reliability. The absence of a visible complaints or refund policy is also a red flag for consumers considering sharing payment details.
UK consumers can reasonably use Delm8 as a free itinerary inspiration tool, but should avoid making any payments through the platform until it establishes a verifiable track record and transparent company credentials. Always cross-check any suggested bookings with ATOL-protected operators and established booking sites. Until Delm8 publishes clear Companies House details, a named contact, and accrues genuine independent reviews, treat it as a planning aid rather than a trusted travel service.
